Sandra Oh Baru -Newly starring in one of the new horror films in 2022, Umma. The film was confirmed to come to Netflix in the United States as part of the new Sony agreement. This is what we know.Famous for the role of killing Eve and Gray’s Anatomy, Sandra Oh has appeared in many different projects over the past few years with Umma to be a big departure compared to the previous project. Sandra Oh also mainly starred in The Netflix’s The Chair, which premiered in 2021. Unfortunately, the series was impossible to return for the second season on Netflix.
In the film Oh Plays Amanda who has chosen what should be a calm life for him and his daughter by living in ancient agriculture. Things changed dramatically following the remnants of her alienated mother who arrived from Korea who seemed to have bought with a curse.After the release of the theater earlier this year (aired first on March 18, 2022), this film will now come to Netflix as part of a large new output agreement with Sony.Please note that this only applies to Netflix in the United States even though many other regions received Sony films in years after the initial release.This film will come to Netflix about 4 months after his theater debut on July 16, 2022. That’s exactly 120 days.
Should you watch Umma on Netflix?
Like many horror films, the review is quite critical with that only currently carrying 32% of criticism of Rottentenomatoes.At the lower end, Polygon finally concluded that this film was “Giant Opportunities that were missed” while Radio Times was more philosophical saying that the film “provides an atmosphere, tension, spinning -rotating photo shoots, and jumping very much.”
Umma is not the only Sony Main film that came to Netflix in the United States in July 2022. We were the first to announce that the film Tom Holland, Uncharted will be released on Netflix in the middle of the month.
