Hardy Singh is a Bhangra dancer and teacher based in Dubai who is currently on a world tour that provides a Bhangra seminar for his company Pure Bhangra, according to his social media. Bringing to Instagram, he shared a video where he was seen dancing to the song Punjabi ‘Mundian Toh Bach to’ right in the middle of the Times Square.
