The biggest mall in America was locked on Thursday for what the police described as an “active incident,” with a fired shot report, triggering a chaos scene in a giant complex in Minnesota Midwestern. Records distributed on social media – which cannot be immediately suttered – showing panic buyers running through a large mall in Bloomington, which has more than 500 stores.
“Mall of America is currently being locked,” Tweeted Mall on his official account, said there had been “isolated incidents confirmed in the tenant’s room. “Please stay at the closest location closest until the locking has been lifted,” wrote the mall. A video posted on Twitter seems to show someone who shouted while walking to the Nike shop. Some shots are then heard.
In a separate video, the family that encourages children on the baby’s train is seen running through the mall in fear, gripping a shopping bag, while security guards patrol in places with weapons withdrawn. A message can be heard in a loudspeaker, telling the buyer, “Attention: Those who are not currently in a safe location, immediately look for shelter.” The Bloomington Tweeted police “are currently working on an active incident in the Mall of America” and that “Many officers are on the spot.”
