Controlling blood sugar levels is important for diabetics to avoid health complications. While high blood sugar levels (hyperglycemia) can affect your heart, nerves, kidneys over a certain period of time, low glucose levels (hypoglycemia) on the other hand can cause confusion, dizziness and even coma or death. Signs of low blood sugar levels
1. Ravenous hunger

The brain depends on blood sugar for energy, so if there is a decrease in glucose, your brain may not function properly. It can make it difficult to concentrate on one thing at a time.
5. Unclear speech and awkwardness
